EXTENDED PAYMENT PLANS
We recognize that flexibility helps a customer make a
purchase. In order to be as flexible as possible, we have developed the
following payment plans. Keep in mind, if these options don't quite work
for you, we are always willing to work with a customer on a individual basis.
In short, we're happy to customize a plan especially for you!
 | THE GALLERY BY PACIFIC RARITIES EXTENDED PAY™ Option 1
- This service is very easy. We will
set aside any coin in inventory for you upon your request. We will bill
your credit card (MC or VISA) the purchase price plus shipping charges in 3
equal installments over a 90 day period. Each month you will receive a
payment statement, confirming your payment for that month. Upon the
approval of the third and final payment, your new purchase will be shipped to
you REGISTERED/INSURED through the U.S. Postal Service. |
 | THE GALLERY BY PACIFIC RARITIES EXTENDED PAY™ Option 2
- If you are more comfortable making your
purchase with a personal or company check, then this payment plan is for you!
We will set aside the coin(s) of your choice with a 50% deposit. Each month
you will receive a "statement of account" with the pre-agreed upon invoice
amount for that month. Upon bank clearance of your final payment, your
new purchase(s) and paperwork will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service.
Terms for this option may not exceed 120 days, interest free!

GALLERY BY PACIFIC
RARITIES EXTENDED PAY™ Option 3 - We will
finance 75% of your purchase over a 12 month period, beginning with the
initial month of your purchase. Upon receipt of your down payment (25%
of the total purchase price), we will finance the balance of your
purchase at prime plus 1.5% per annum. Each month you will receive
a "statement of account", listing all credits and payments to your account.
Payment amounts under this plan are at your discretion; there are no minimums,
however a payment must be made every 30 days. Upon receipt of your final
payment, your new purchase and all corresponding paperwork will be sent to you
via the U.S. Postal Service. There is no penalty or additional fees for
early payoffs. |
As you might imagine, over the past 20+ years our
generosity, trust and easy going nature has been taken advantage of, TO THE
DETRIMENT OF OUR FIRM. To ensure that we do our best to meet your needs, as well
as take care of our company, THE FOLLOWING
APPLIES TO ALL FINANCING TERMS:
THE PURCHASE OF ANY COIN(S) UNDER THESE
"FINANCING" TERMS MAY BE CANCELLED IF THE CLIENT DEFAULTS ON THE TERMS
OF THE AGREEMENT. THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 25% OF THE
TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE. ANY PAYMENTS ABOVE 25% WILL BE PROMPTLY
REFUNDED.
