This exquisite specimen is the finest known to exist and is without peer. It was the discovery piece and served as the plate coin in Wayne Miller's The Morgan and Peace Dollar Textbook.
A fabulous rarity, the coin is absolutely stunning and a feast for the eyes. Adorned by natural patina (coloration) this coin screams "rarity and quality". The surfaces are deeply mirrored and near perfect, with a minor flaw in the reverse field just off the left wing of the eagle. The detail of the coin is astounding.
